Agenda Materials are available online at the links below the same day that the materials are distributed to City Council Members. Please note that these materials are for Council’s consideration and may be amended, modified, or not acted upon at the meeting. No agenda item becomes official until Council has affirmatively acted on the item at a regular business meeting and it has been signed by the Mayor. Official signed copies of ordinances, resolutions, and meeting minutes approved by City Council are available by emailing City Clerk Susan DeMasi or calling 434-797-8928.
