DAY CAMP

Coates Summer Day Camp

These week-long camps are designed for kids ages 5-12 (who have completed Kindergarten) and promise a summer filled with fun, learning, and new friendships. Activities include engaging games, educational activities, creative arts and crafts, sports and outdoor play, gardening for hands-on learning, field trips, special visits from local guests, and much more! Lunch and snacks are provided by our partner Danville Public Schools; however, campers should eat breakfast prior to arrival or bring it with them to camp. This summer, embark on a global adventure with our culture-themed camp! Campers will journey across continents as they explore diverse countries, traditions, and customs through hands-on activities, games, crafts, music, and cuisine. Each day highlights a new culture, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and a deeper understanding of the world around us. Get ready to travel the globe—no passport required! A $10 deposit for each week is required to hold your spot, with the remaining balances due one week prior to the start of each week. Additional activity fees will apply depending on the week. Registration is required and will open March 1. Call 434.799.5150.
