Day Care through Danville Social Services provides services that promote employment and self-sufficiency for those who are income-eligible or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients.

Families are assisted with the selection and purchase of day care for children under the age of 13 during the parent's employment or job training. The Fee System Day Care Program provides day care for families not on public assistance on a sliding fee scale.
