The functions of the Board of Directors are:

• To promote, stimulate, encourage, assist, and provide educational opportunities for new or developing business owners or entrepreneurs
• To operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes
• To further its educational purposes by acquiring land and acquiring or developing facilities
