议程材料在分发给市议会议员的当天，可通过以下链接在线获取。 Please note that these materials are for Council’s consideration and may be amended, modified, or not acted upon at the meeting. 在理事会在定期业务会议上对议程项目采取肯定行动并由市长签署后，议程项目才正式生效。 Official signed copies of ordinances, resolutions, and meeting minutes approved by 市议会 are available by 给市政办事员苏珊·德马西发邮件 or calling 434-797-8928.
