The Medical Examiner’s office has identified the victim in Friday night’s fire as 56 year old Jeffery Dean Cumbo, Sr. The Examiner determined that Cumbo died as a result of smoke inhalation.

The Fire Marshal's Office has determined the fire cause to be accidental. The investigation also showed that there was no connection between the fire at 70 Carlson and the fire that occurred the night before at 38 Carlson Avenue.
