Child Protective 服务 (CPS)
Protective 服务 to Children (CPS) includes the receiving of reports of abuse/neglect, determining the validly of these reports, conducting an investigation or family assessment to determine if there is evidence to substantiate a report, identifying service needs for families who are the subject of these reports, and providing services to enhance child safety and prevent further abuse/neglect of children.

Adult Protective 服务 (APS)
Protective 服务 to Adults (APS) includes the identification, receipt, and investigation of complaints and reports of abuse, neglect, and exploitation to those who are over the age of 60 or to persons 18 and older who have a physical or mental impairment (incapacitated). 每周7天，每天24小时接收报告。
