The 置业投资合伙 program was established by the 美国住房和城市发展部 (HUD) in 1992 to provide funds to states and Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) such as Danville to fund activities that build, buy, and/or rehabilitate affordable housing for low-income people, often in partnership with local nonprofits.
