Applications and Forms

The application fee for an appeal of the Zoning Administrator's ruling, variance, or interpretation of the zoning district maps is $250 and is nonrefundable. Variance Applications, Appeal of Zoning Administrator Applications, or other applications can be obtained in the Planning Division office located in Room 207 of the Municipal Building. Check the Commissions Calendar (PDF) for further information on application deadlines, post dates of public hearing notices, and meeting dates for the year.

Functions

The Board of Zoning Appeals is a seven member Court-appointed body that hears and rules on the following:

Appeals of a Zoning Administrator's Decision
Applications for variances from the Zoning Code
Applications for interpretations of the Zoning District Maps (PDF)
