The Office of the Commonwealth Attorney collects fines, court costs and restitution for the Danville City Circuit Court, the Danville General District Court and the Danville Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.

A: Cash, Money Order, Or Certified Check from bank. No Personal Checks Accepted. No credit cards are accepted. No debit cards are accepted.
Q: Are internet payments taken?
A: Internet Payments are taken for General District Court only.
Q: What if I am interested in reinstating my Driver's License?
A: Anyone interested in reinstating a Driver's license, should bring a letter of compliance from DMV to the Commonwealth's Attorney's office for us to be able to assist you with the proper paperwork.
