[ARCHIVED] Danville first in Virginia to offer lease-to-purchase for first-time homeowners

A lease-to-purchase program that helps lower- to moderate-income people become first-time homeowners in Danville is the only one of its kind in Virginia. Those who qualify also are given a “Homeowner Starter Kit,” including a self-propelled push mower.
